Coinciding with the eagerly awaited release of the show’s fourth season this August, Rockwater’s latest menu brings the glamour and sophistication of Paris to the UK’s coastline.

Produced in partnership with French drinks brand, Lillet, the exclusive cocktail selection captures the essence of 'Emily in Paris' and its beloved characters. Whether you’re a fan of Emily’s bold adventures, Camille’s sophisticated charm, or Mindy’s vivacious spirit, there’s a drink crafted just for you.

The new menu includes:  

  • Lillet Rosé Spritz: Classic and chic, experience a taste of Parisian summer with the refreshing blend of Lillet Rosé, tonic, and grapefruit—perfect for a sunset toast on the coastline.

  • The Emily at Rockwater Hove: This cocktail embodies Emily’s vibrant and adventurous spirit, through the delightful mix of Lillet Rosé, St Germain, Rosé Gin, and Campari.

  • The Emily at Rockwater Branksome: A blend of Lillet Rosé, strawberry gin, and lime with a cucumber and mint garnish.
