Rockwater Branksome is proud to announce the launch of its autumn and winter Rockwater Life programme, an initiative designed to enhance the wellbeing of the local community.
The Rockwater Life programme invites participants to stay active throughout the colder months by offering a curated selection of fitness, mindfulness, and wellness activities with experiences that focus on both the body and mind.
Running from Monday through to Saturday, the programme delivers a diverse range of activities led by local experienced professionals. From high-energy fitness classes to serene yoga sessions, the programme promises something for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
Rockwater’s CEO, Luke Davis, says: “Launching the autumn and winter Rockwater Life programme is an important step in our mission to support holistic health and wellness in our community.
“As we head into the colder months, it’s easy for people to put their wellness on the back burner. We wanted to offer a programme that provides accessible, enjoyable activities that encourage people to prioritise their physical and mental wellbeing in a fun and supportive environment.”
The venue’s autumn and winter programme of classes includes weekly yoga, breathwork meditation and BARRE-lates sessions upon Rockwater’s roof terrace, as well as Bootcamps, HIIT classes, and early morning sea swim clubs.
Ellie Taylor, Breathwork Coach at Rockwater Branksome, adds: “As we move towards 2025, the approach to fitness and wellbeing is evolving to embrace practices that nourish the whole human experience. Breathwork is emerging as a key tool for fostering a deeper connection between mind and body, enhancing awareness, and promoting emotional balance. More individuals are discovering its ability to soothe the nervous system and bring about meaningful inner transformation.
“Breathwork, as a practice, is no longer just a wellness trend—it is becoming a vital part of how we live, train, and care for ourselves in the modern world and I’m pleased to introduce the Awaken breathwork class to the Rockwater’s programme.”
Rockwater’s free weekly mental health and wellbeing session, So Talk, also continues. So Talk is a coffee morning with a difference, offering people an hour in a non-judgmental environment to meet and talk about whatever they wish to with fellow open-minded listeners.
