TeamJobs are working with an excellent local company based in Ferndown who are looking for additional Factory Operatives to join their team!

Morning and afternoon shifts available - 40 hours per week

A typical day in the role as a Factory Operative includes:

  • Working on a production line
  • Quality checking products
  • Machine operating
  • Manual handling

Shift times & working hours for this Factory Operative role:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 6/6.30am - 2pm
  • 2pm -10pm
  • First bus from Bournemouth
  • Overtime paid at a enhanced rate
